$295 per 50 minute session (with Co-Founder/ Clinical Director, Ellen Bradley-Windell, LCSW)
$325 oer 50 minute couples or family session (with Co-Founder/ Clinical Director, Ellen Bradley-Windell, LCSW)
$250 per any 50 minute session (Licensed Clinician at Valencia Relationship Institute)
$210 per any 50 minute session (Associate /Pre-licensed Cinicians at Valencia Relationship Institute
Insurance
Our amazing Administrative team is always willing to help you navigate your out of network insurance benefits by calling the insurance company on your behalf.
Although we are mostly an out of network group practice, our Administrative Staff will be happy to assist you with payment information and claim submission.
We currently are in network only with:
Kaiser
Tri-Care
Aetna
Henry Mayo (Keenan Insurance)
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session
- Is this therapist a participating provider in my insurance company network? (I am currently an out of network provider for most insurance companies; (I have a very limited amount of available slots for Anthem participants at this time)
Payment
Cash, Check, and Credit Cards are accepted at time of service for Valencia Relationship Institute Clinicians.
Zelle and Venmo are included for sessions with Ellen Bradley-Windell, LCSW
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have
not notified my office at least 48 hours in advance, you will be
required to pay the full cost of the session. Insurance company's will not
reimburse for missed appointments.
